In it he explains where equity and equality come to the fore and the essence of each. He also espouses the concept of clamour for equality as against seeking equity. Dr. Adewale Kareem believes justice and fairness should be prioritised above "equality." The Southern Women Empowerment Forum (SWEF) Oyo State Chapter on Thursday 3rd October 2024 inaugurated her State Executive and the Local Government Executives. The event which took place at Jogor Center in Oke Ado, Ib adan also witnessed empowerment of women.   The people of Ibadan have been congratulated for the approval of President Tinubu for the upgrade of Ladoke Akintola Airport, formerly Ibadan Airport to international status. The congratulatory message was made by Chief Abiodun Samuel Ogunjobi, popularly known as Te-Sojue. According to Ogunjobi, who is the Asiwaju of Oje land, when completed, the Ibadan Airport will have a positive impact on commerce, economic activities and development in the region.
